This course was scenario based the client wanted the user to learn how the merchandising process worked. The learner had to chose from the interactive statements if they answered correctly the customer’s mood bar would remain green. We connected the decisions made by the user to be linked to the customers mood bar. If they did poorly the customer would be triggered to behave frustrated.

The client provide our team with the content and the possible outcomes of each question that the customer would have. Over all the client was pleased with quality of work produced. They where impressed with the animation and seeing their vision come to life.
